Therapy is the act of caring for someone. I am so glad you have chosen to care for you. If you’re struggling with the loss of a loved one, feeling anxious or depressed or feeling unfulfilled, therapy is a great place to explore these thoughts and feelings.
Learning how to manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviours through a lens of self-compassion creates opportunity for personal growth and a meaningful life experience.
Using therapy modalities such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and working from a trauma-informed, client-centred perspective, I will provide a safe space for you to work through life challenges and painful emotions.
